I can explain what my experiences were with each of these types, but there are tons of member reviews of each type, along with videos of in-cabin drive time with different setups installed that any individual should research before making a decision. Some people enjoy the geary noise because it sounds like a dedicated track car, but others complain it's too loud for daily driving. I tend to fall in the latter group, but there are plenty of members here who would disagree, and I would reckon most of them have a different purpose for their Z in mind. Since the subframe is what transfers most of the noise, I tend to recommend the best fix for replacing worn out bushings is to install a new oem subframe in conjunction with spacers. Installing with spacers right out of the box should help the stock bushings last even longer than normal, since they're held tightly in place now. I've run solid bushings in the diff with oem subframe bushings, but generally it doesn't offer a noticeable performance advantage over stock or urethane and still transfers a decent amount of noise (but nothing on the par with solid all around). In other words, I rarely see wheel hop primarily due to the differential bushings. It's possible, just not extremely common. This is just my experience and opinion. Each type of bushings is designed for a different purpose and it's important that any member makes an educated decision since swapping subframes is one of the worst jobs on a z; you do not want to do it twice.
